The Chase

In the film The Chase I learned to really make sure I got multiple shots so you could choose which one looks the best while editing in Final Cut pro. I also learned that it’s really important to keep the camera on the tri-pod with whatever shot I was doing. In the future I’m definitely going to spend time looking for music because I did on this project and it really goes with the theme we were going for, and makes the film look better. I will apply the knowledge I know by making all the clips flow together nicely, so my video doesn’t look choppy. The collaboration of this project went really well. Kacie, Anton, Stockton and I all agreed on most things. It was more difficult this time because there were four of us instead of two, but it was good to have different minds come together to make a more creative film. We also split up the jobs we did, I created the storyboard, Anton was the actor, Stockton filmed and Kacie contributed her ideas to everyone. In the future I will definitely get everyone opinion on how they want to tell the story through the 6 shot sequence and make sure everyone is happy with the end result.
